When you request a quote, Jiga matches your parts to vetted manufacturers that can make them and sends your request to up to three of them. Every quote is reviewed by a person at Jiga before it reaches you. There is no black box: you can see exactly who is making your parts, and you work with them directly.
How matching works
Jiga looks at what your parts need, the process, material, quantities, and any certifications, together with the supplier location you chose, and routes your request to manufacturers that fit. You set the location in the Order Requirements step when you request a quote, for example USA or Asia. If your account is ITAR-enabled, matching is limited to US manufacturers.
What "vetted" means
Not everyone who applies gets to quote your parts. Before a manufacturer can work with customers, Jiga verifies they can actually do the job: their capabilities, materials, and certifications are checked rather than taken at their word, and their quality process and documentation are reviewed.
Vetting is not a one-time badge, either. Every order is scored on responsiveness, quality, and on-time delivery, and suppliers that slip are removed. You do not have to take our word for any of this: each supplier's track record, reviews, and certifications are on their profile for you to check. Your files are only ever shared under NDA and controlled access.
See who's making your parts
Every manufacturer has a profile you can open before you commit, so there is no black box. On it you can see:
- Where they are and what they are certified for, such as their country and certifications
- A performance scorecard graded by Jiga, including how quickly they respond, how often they quote within 24 hours, and their acceptance rate.
- Reviews from other buyers, along with their capabilities and work samples.
