How to enter the settings page?
Simply click on the ⚙️ (Cog wheel) button, located at the top right of the screen.
How to set default unit type?
To set the default unit type, go to the “User settings” tab, scroll down to "Default CAD unit type" section and select the unit type that you want to set as default.
How to set a shipping address?
To set a shipping address, go to the "Shipping address" tab and enter the address information.
Can I have more than one shipping address saved in my account?
Yes. You can click on “+ Add New Address” to add as many address as you want.
How to set my own shipping account number (UPS/FedEx/DHL)?
To set your own shipping account number, go to the "Organization address" tab. Scroll down to "Shipping Account" and enter your account number for UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS, or any other carrier.
Click the "Save Changes" button when you're done.
How to invite a team member?
To invite a team member, go to the "Team Settings" tab.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role. Then, click on the “Invite Users” button.
How to set up roles for team members?
To set up roles for team members, go to the "Team Settings" tab, scroll down to "Roles", and click on “Create Role”.
Enter the role name and choose permissions for this role. Click "Create role" when you're done.
Now, scroll down to the "Team members" section and assign the relevant role to the appropriate team member under the "Role" column.
How to add a billing email?
To add a billing email, click on the cog wheel button on the top right header, then go to the "Billing and invoices" tab and enter the email address you want to use for billing purposes. This email address will be used to send invoices and receipts for any charges associated with your account.
How can I see all my invoices?
To view all your invoices, go to the "Billing and invoices" tab, then scroll down to see the complete list.
You can also filter the invoices by status (unpaid, past due) and by invoice date.
How can I control my email settings?
To control your email settings, click on the cog wheel button in the top right header, then go to "Email settings" on the right sidebar.
You can turn on and off emails for order status notifications, messages related to orders, or completely turn off any emails from Jiga.
How can I disable 2FA?
You can disable 2FA for the entire organization by clicking on the cog wheel button in the top right header, then going to "Organization Settings" on the left sidebar.
Then, scroll down to "Privacy & Security" and switch off "Enforce Two Factor Authentication for all users."
Please note that for security reasons, disabling 2FA isn't recommended.
Is Jiga ITAR/EAR compliant?
Jiga is ITAR registered and have an ITAR/EAR option on demand.
Default set up you have sign up with is not ITAR/EAR compliant. So please don’t upload files which are subject to export control regulations.
Jiga takes export control regulations very seriously, so if you would like an ITAR-compliant setup, please contact your account manager, and we will arrange it following a brief verification process.
