How to enter the settings page?

Simply click on the βš™οΈ (Cog wheel) button, located at the top right of the screen.

How to set default unit type?

To set the default unit type, go to the β€œUser settings” tab, scroll down to "Default CAD unit type" section and select the unit type that you want to set as default.

How to set a shipping address?

To set a shipping address, go to the "Shipping address" tab and enter the address information.

How to set my own shipping account number (UPS/FedEx/DHL)?

To set your own shipping account number, go to the "Organization address" tab. Scroll down to "Shipping Account" and enter your account number for UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS, or any other carrier.

Click the "Save Changes" button when you're done.

How to invite a team member?

To invite a team member, go to the "Team Settings" tab.

Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role. Then, click on the β€œInvite Users” button.

How to set up roles for team members?

To set up roles for team members, go to the "Team Settings" tab, scroll down to "Roles", and click on β€œCreate Role”.

Enter the role name and choose permissions for this role. Click "Create role" when you're done.

Now, scroll down to the "Team members" section and assign the relevant role to the appropriate team member under the "Role" column.

How to add a billing email?

To add a billing email, go to the "Billing" tab and enter the email address you want to use for billing purposes. This email address will be used to send invoices and receipts for any charges associated with your account.
