How to to send a message to supplier?
Jiga allows you to send messages directly to suppliers regarding a quote or an order.
You can check your messages by clicking on the ✉️ icon located on the navigation bar at the top-right corner of the screen.
How to get DFM feedback from supplier?
Jiga allows you to create annotations on top of CAD files.
To do so, go to a conversation with a supplier, then click on the "Get DFM feedback" link next to a CAD file.
Then, click on the “Add Comment” button, and click on a specific point in the model.
How to add a team member into a conversation with a supplier?
To add a team member to a conversation, you can share an order or RFQ with them.
You can do this by simply clicking on the "Add people" button that appears next to the supplier's name.
How to filter messages?
To filter messages, simply click on the "Filters" button in the top-left corner of the screen.
How to request a sample photo of my parts from a supplier?
Most of our suppliers will send a photo of the parts before shipping them.
Feel free to reach out to suppliers and ask for photos of the parts.
A supplier is being unresponsive to my messages, what can I do?
We're sorry to hear that you've experienced a communication issue with one of our suppliers.
Please contact us, and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.
How can I stop email notifications about messages?
To modify notification settings, please go to the settings page by clicking on the ⚙️ icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
Then, click on "Email Settings".
