Jiga takes security very seriously.
Your files are treated as confidential. They are shared only with the manufacturers matched to your request, transfers and storage are encrypted, and nondisclosure terms are in place. You stay in control of who sees your design.
How your files are protected
- Controlled sharing. Only the manufacturers matched to your request can see your files, not the wider network.
- Encryption. Your files are encrypted when they are transferred and when they are stored.
- Nondisclosure. Nondisclosure terms are in place with both Jiga and the manufacturer that handles your files.
- Role-based access. Access to your files is limited by role, so only the people who need to see them can.
- Traceability. Your parts and files are traceable through the process.
Export-controlled files
If your parts are subject to export control (ITAR or EAR), do not upload them unless your account is set up for it.
For ITAR-compliant accounts, Jiga uses AWS GovCloud, an ITAR-compliant encrypted storage environment, and has completed a NIST SP 800-171 self-assessment.
Jiga also runs regular employee security training and external penetration testing to check platform health.
